Exchange:
The exchange request has to be made within 3 days counting from item receiving date, else exchange fees will be applied. Exchange will be arranged at your preferred Tomei’s showroom, 10 days of pre-arrangement is required.
Refund:
As ready stock is limited, in cases we run out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to request for your banking details for refund purpose. The refund process will take 7-14 working days.
